TURNAROUND TIME: unless otherwise stated, RTS items ship within 3 business days. Made to order items typically ship within 3 weeks and preorders will ship within the timeframes specified in the listing.
WHERE ARE BECKITYBOOTIQUE PRODUCTS MADE: all products are made entirely by hand in small batches in the USA , either by Rebecca or another WAHM seamstress.
Care INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash or machine wash cold on a delicate cycle. Do not bleach! Hang to dry.
SHIPPING: items ship by USPS with tracking. Certain items will ship in a sturdy plastic mailing envelope, but most items will be packed in a cardboard mailer.
LOST PACKAGES: if your order is not received in the expected timeframe, please use the contact form to request assistance.
REFUNDS/RETURNS: Contact me within 2 weeks of receipt if a return is needed. Refunds wil be processed once the item has been received in satisfactory condition. Note: buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds, however if you are not completely satisfied with your item please reach out through the contact form.
